In addition, when you book any services and products from us, you will do so subject to the Terms and Conditions on this page. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions may vary from time to time. You accept that you are bound by the terms and conditions current at the time when you book.

If you are dissatisfied with the Website, Services, or these Terms, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of the Website. We further do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided through online courses hosted on the Website and will not be liable for any claims or losses related thereto.
If you receive commercial emails from us, you may unsubscribe or opt-out at any time via a link in the email you receive or by contacting us as set forth in the “Contact” section. Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your request. Additionally, even after you opt-out from receiving commercial messages, you may continue to receive administrative messages regarding the Website.
Data Security
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Credit card transactions and order fulfillment processed through the Website may be handled by established third party banking institutions and processing agents. Refund/Cancellation policy
Due to the nature of our services, that we sell: live online courses, online ebooks and they cannot be returned due to their nature all fees paid for purchased non-refundable.

Fees paid for the coaching services have to be paid upfront. In case you change your mind you are eligible for refund within 14 days after payment has been processed. After 14 days there is no refund available.
If a coaching session takes place within this 14 day cooling off period, and you decide to withdraw from the programme after, you will be liable for the coaching session fee.
In the event that you find that you cannot use your agreed 1:1 coaching sessions for any reason, you may suspend your remaining sessions for 1 month. If you decide to cancel the process without completing the coaching sessions and after the 1 month suspension period has passed, you will forfeit those sessions and will still be responsible for any outstanding payments.

Fees
Current fees for services and programmes are usually displayed on each individual programme page.
We reserve the right to change the fees/packages offered but will always honor the agreed amount for the agreed time period of any services that were set at the beginning of our work together. However, should you wish to continue to work with us after the completion of your initial package, there will be no guarantee that the rates will be the same.

The work that our services are not licensed health care. We also expressly disclaim responsibility in any way for the choices, actions, results, use, misuse or non-use of the information provided or obtained through any of our coaching programs, You accept that your results are strictly your own and we are not liable or responsible in any way for your results.

Choosing to participate in any of our programs you take responsibility for your own mental, physical and emotional health. If you suffer with any mental, psychological, physical issue, please consult your health professional before entering any of our coaching programs. While, through the work Monika delivers, she will offer you advice, consultation and other alternative perspectives to look at your challenges and solutions for your consideration, you hereby agree that whatever she discusses is only her perspective and is not binding upon you, nor is it a prescription. If you want to discuss her suggestions in relation to your mental health with someone else, you should discuss them with a licensed health care provider.
